Description:
With simple structure light weight quick opening speed pneumatic wafer switch butterfly valve consists of
the piston type cylinder and the wafer type butterfly valve and the spring return type valve can support
automatic reposition function (air to open and close) when the air and power were cut off.
This product is widely applied in the industrial pipeline fields of metallurgy environmental protection
water treatment petrochemical power.
* pneumatic piston actuator is divided into two types of spring-type and spring-free type. When the valve is
required to be fully opened or closed under fault it is equipped with spring type (by restoring tension of
spring). When it is required to maintain position under fault it is equipped with no spring type.It is mainly
composed of cylinder body spring piston piston rod front and rear cylinder head rack output shaft and
other components.
* Equipped with travel limit switch solenoid valve filter pressure-reducing valve and other accessories and
0.4-0.7mpa air source the switch operation can be realized.
* The switch signal of industrial automation control system can be received to accurately control the valve
opening so as to achieve the control of flow temperature pressure and other different process parameters.
